How much does it cost?

For the 50k and 100k rides, your registration fee of $40 includes lunch, an event T-shirt, rider bag and SAG support and stops (if registered by August 15, after that date registration fees are $45 and T-shirt size is not guaranteed).

The registration fee for the Family Ride is $15 per family. A family is defined as up to two adults and their minor children (living in their home). T-shirts can be purchased for an additional fee of $10. Lunches can be purchased for $5 for adults, $2 for children. All riders are required to wear bike helmets on the Family Ride.

There is no charge to register as a Virtual Rider. Virtual Riders can also purchase t-shirts for $10.

Where is PedalFest?

Heartspring is conveniently located in northeast Wichita, Kansas on 29th Street between Rock Road and Webb Road. Nearby highways include I-135, K-96 and US Highway 400.

When Do I Turn In My Pledges?

Pledges collected online using your personal campaign page are automatically collected when someone makes a pledge towards you or your team. Pledges collected in-person can be turned in the day of the ride. Turn in your pledges and collection envelope, completed in its entirety, the morning of the ride or at the Early Bird Packet Pick-Up on Friday, August 26 from 2:00 to 7:00 pm in the Heartspring Conference Center. If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to "Heartspring" and include the name of the rider in the memo field.
