Volunteer
Our volunteers are the heart of our events, without them we would not be successful. If you would like to spend your Sunday morning with us, making the difference in the lives of children, please fill out the volunteer application. Following, you will find the volunteer schedule and job duties. We look forward to spending the day with you and thank you for your time!
Friday, August 26th
2:00pm — 7:00pm: Early Bird Packet Pick-up
Volunteers will assist participants picking up rider bags (including t-shirts) and dropping off donations.
Sunday, August 28th
6:00am — 8:00am: Direct Traffic
These volunteers will assist riders coming onto campus find parking and direct traffic (as the ride begins) to ensure the safety of all event participants.
6:00am — 9:30am: Set-up and Check-in
Set-up will take place from 6:00 — 6:30 and will consist of light lifting and table/chair placement. Check-in will consist of taking donations, handing out bags and may include some stooping and/or light lifting.
10:00am — 11:30am: Set-up and Serve Lunch
Volunteers will assist with the set-up and distribution of lunch. Activities may include light lifting, stooping, and standing for long periods of time.
12:00pm — 2:00pm: Clean-up
Volunteers will assist with the event clean-up. These activities will include light lifting, moving tables and chairs, taking out trash, washing dishes (as needed).
