Monte has been a PedalFest committee member since the event's inception in 2004. He is an avid cyclist and dedicated volunteer for Heartspring. Monte rode his own PedalFest route in London, England on Sunday, August 24, 2008, with co-worker and PedalFest team mate Laura the day of the Heartspring ride.
